Ayurvedic Medicine
 Meditation & Awareness Practices

Whether it’s an Ayurvedic consultation, a workshop on mindfulness in the workplace,

or a seasonal cooking class, these are the principles that guide my work:

Health is a dynamic state of Being

Health is not a commodity that can be given or taken away, bought or sold; it is a way of understanding and experiencing our individual nature in relationship with the larger whole.

Our health is deeply interlaced with how we live our lives, the choices we make, the thoughts and ideas we create, our beliefs, relationships, and environment. As much as health is a balanced state of physical functioning, it is also a balanced state of mind, of our senses, of exuberance and purpose.

Embodying Health is spiritual activism

When we embody the principles of health (which include

conscious choice-making, relationship, and mindfulness) we are creating an internal environment that deeply affects the environment in our families and communities.
