Doing a “cleanse” is not just about cleaning your pipes;

it’s about creating self-care routines that stick

(so you never have to do another cleanse)

you live intentionally: you pay attention to where your time, money, and energy goes.

But this attention hasn’t always included your health, or your diet.

I’m guessing you’ve grown a vegetable or bought some fresh from the farmer. You know seasons exist and crops rotate. You probably spend a lot of time serving others. You’ve drooled over beautiful food pics, tried a green smoothie (or thought about it), done the Whole30, had some energetic ups and downs and some nagging symptoms in your body.

But none of these systems have integrated fully into your life. Because you still feel sluggish, bloated, or inflamed sometimes, and you can’t figure out why.

THAT’S BECAUSE STRENGTHENING YOUR DIGESTION MEANS LOOKING AT TWO THINGS:

1) what goes into your body, and….

2) how your body processes what you put into it

Too many "cleanses" skip this second part, send you through a prescribed diet that makes it impossible to interact socially with the rest of the world for a week, and then calls it quits!

How your body digests food is a result of your genetics, how you handle stress and your thoughts, how you move your body, your sleep/wake times, your meal schedule and… yes… what you eat.

about Kate

I had moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis as a teenager. After 10 years of conventional meds and no relief, I went rogue. I haven’t had a flare-up in fifteen years: Ayurveda has taught me how to use food, meditation, breathwork, stress reduction, exercise, herbs, and body therapies to remain in dynamic balance with my self, my life, and the world. I know what makes me sick and what makes me well, I know how to strengthen my mind to align with healthy choices, and that is power.

Here’s what i’ve learned about health from living with chronic illness, sitting with dying people in hospice, praying in temples, earning an MA in Holistic Health Education, and studying for five years from incredible doctors of Ayurveda:

Our health is a result of how we metabolize our lives. We can’t separate what we are putting into our bodies with the state of our minds, or how we perceive the world. It all counts.

And that’s what makes this program different. Using the principles of Ayurveda, you’ll receive four-weeks of video lessons, recipes, mindfulness practices, and a new framework for understanding your digestion and your health. All combined with weekly live check-ins to help you create routines that are embedded into the best version of you: habits that stick.

“I’ve been stunned at how much this has helped. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’ve been trying for months to decrease my prednisone but I haven’t been able to because of the pain. And in the last week I’ve decreased it by 1.5 mg and I’m taking no ibuprofen, which is just so exciting because I’ve been in a flare for almost a year. I’m just so floored and so thankful and really hopeful.”

“Starting to pay attention has been huge: having that awareness that I feed everyone else in my house before feeding myself and then not being able to figure out what my own body needs. I’ve learned to focus on the “how” and not just the “what”. I learned I need to work with my environment to crowd out the things that are not serving me so I can more easily make the choices I want to make. Focusing on the little things has been really mind-blowing! I feel very grateful that I signed up for this program at this time.”

This is the first time I’m offering the Ayurvedic Detox with this level of detail. You’ll get personal accountability and solid support because your success is important to me.

By joining now, you’ll get access to the lessons for a minimum of one year, plus all the additional cooking videos and continued live support.

Because the world needs the non-anxious, non-bloated, fully-energized version of you now, not “sometimes next year when I can block off the time and nothing else is happening in my life” (Trust me; that moment is not going to arrive)

FAQS:

How much time is required?

The program runs for four weeks, with new lessons available each week. But you’ll have access to the lessons for a minimum of one year, so you can revisit or stretch it out as it works for you.

How fast can I expect to see results?

Many participants feel better in the first week (yes, really!) Obviously, it depends on your starting point and your willingness to adopt the practices and changes.

What if I’m eating vegetarian/paleo/omnivore?

No problem. This program uses the principles of Ayurveda and its focus on holistic digestive health. These food principles can be applied to a wide variety of other specialized diets, and will give you new insight into the choices you’re already making. This is also why we have live groups to ask your specific questions about integrating other food philosophies.

What if I have other health concerns?

This cleanse gives you the tools to incorporate practices for healthy digestion. The recipes themselves can be modified and this is one of the reasons for the Live groups: our bodies are different. You will have guidance in choosing which level of the cleanse (with regards to foods and number of days) would be healthiest for your body. Note: specific diagnoses won’t be addressed within the course. However, you are welcome to schedule an individual consultation with me to supplement these practices.

I’m not a good cook. Can I do this?

Truth: I grew up on Chefboyardee Spaghettios and Lunchables. Yes, you can do this. All the recipes are straightforward one-pot cooking with very little preparation time. There are even cooking videos including basic knife skills, personal chef kitchen secrets, and videos showing the recipes. If you’re new to cooking, your confidence in the kitchen will get a serious boost.

What kind of support is there if I get stuck?

I want you to be successful in implementing these changes. And I don’t expect you to do all this on your own. That’s why we have Live groups to answer questions, get accountability and support, and enjoy continued teachings.

Are the ingredients for the recipes readily available?

There are a couple ingredients you may need to purchase that you haven’t cooked with before. Information on where to find those is offered right up front so you can be prepared.

Are the ingredients expensive?

This is one of the best parts of Ayurvedic cooking: you will save so much money on food. No joke. With a basic emphasis on rice, lentils, spices, vegetables… take your extra grocery money and get yourself a massage.

Here’s the truth…

You know you could be healthier. You know there’s something you’re missing around food, sustaining routines, and connecting your intentions with your actions.

And the best part: it is really simple to fix.

It isn’t rocket science, it doesn't involve spending hours in the kitchen, or a bunch of pills, or limiting your diet to salads. It just means approaching eating in a new way.
